Click here to view our 2010 Handbook Instrumental Music Re-enrolment 2010 The instrumental music re-enrolment form for 2010 is linked below. If your child wishes to continue with instrumental music lessons for 2010 please complete this form with payment no later than Friday 4th December. The re-enrolment form is to be returned to the Music
Department with payment to be made to the general office. A deposit
of $50.00 or full payment needs to be made with the re-enrolment form
to secure a music placement for 2010. Re-enrolments will be officially
receipted only after payment has been received. If contact details have changed in the last 12 months could you please complete new contact details on the back of the re-enrolment form. Should your child like to learn an additional instrument a new enrolment form can be obtained from the Music Office. Please note that Music Theory is being offered in 2010 with the fee being $200.00 for 2010. For 2010 there are limited places for guitar, voice and percussion students, first preference will be given to existing students who have confirmed their enrolment for 2010. The fees for music lessons and instrument hire are reviewed annually. For 2010 they are set at $400.00 (EMA $200) per annum for Instrumental lessons and $300.00 (EMA $150) per annum for instrument hire.
