Technology studies is part of the core curriculum at Years 7&8. Students undertake studies in the materials of food, fabrics, metal and wood for semester length units over the 2 years. The curriculum is based on a problem solving or design and development approach. In semester 2 of Year 8, students elect studies from a range of alternative subjects to enable partial specialisation or diversity of experience.

In Years 9 & 10, an elective program enables the introduction of more choice and the opportunity to study more materials and specialisations. Glass and Jewellery Making are added to the list of subjects as well as Fashion and Millinery. Students exhibit their work either in an exhibition or on the internet.

In VCE, students are able to sudy Design and Technology in a range of materials.
