Wellbeing and mental health promotion and supports are recognised as an essential part of our school, and a foundation for educational engagement.  We have a full time Manager of Mental Health and Wellbeing Programs, and an Educational Psychologist and Mental Health Practitioner here part-time.  Our dedicated Wellbeing space can be found on Level 2, in the corridor behind the Library.

There are rooms for individual counselling sessions, Student Support Group meetings, mediated restorative conversations, and for students to have a quiet place to regroup if they are experiencing overwhelm or distress during the school day.

We can provide support and advice across a wide range of concerns, including: school transition difficulties; bullying, social problems and respectful relationships; mental ill health; diversity and inclusion; gender and sexuality queries; cyber safety; family violence; material support; alcohol and drug education; links to external services.

We offer a friendly ear and an understanding that school life can be difficult and demanding – we want to support students to be authentic, engaged and fulfilled during their time as part of our school community.
